INGREDIENTS: sugar, gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural color (betanin/beetroot color), aroma.
Possible presence of GLUTEN and MILK.
Preparation method:
4 portions of 144 g
- Boil water and measure 500 ml.
- Pour the contents of the bag into the water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil).
- Pour the jelly into a salad bowl or a glass bowl and, after cooling, put in the fridge until concentrated.
Use less water in hot weather.
Remember that fresh kiwi fruit and pineapple prevent jelly setting.
Raspberry foam recipe: Dissolve the jelly in 500 ml hot water, set aside to a light concentration. 250 ml cream 30% fat whip stiffly, add whipped cream powder by Dr.Oetker at the end. Add a little of the whipping jelly to the whipped cream, mix the whole to combine the ingredients. Apply to cups.
