INGREDIENTS: sugar, gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma, natural color (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, curcumin)
Possible presence of GLUTEN and MILK.
Preparation method:
4 portions of 144 g
- Boil water and measure 500 ml.
- Pour the contents of the bag into the water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil).
- Pour the jelly into a salad bowl or a glass bowl and, after cooling, put in the fridge until concentrated.
Use less water in hot weather.
Remember that fresh kiwi fruit and pineapple prevent jelly setting.
Magic dessert recipe. Dissolve gooseberry jelly in 450 ml of boiling water (do not boil!), Pour half into a second dish, cool and mix with 1 tablespoon of homogenised vanilla cheese, portion into cups and put into the fridge for concentration. Then pour the remaining jelly to form a second layer, put everything in the fridge to the concentration.
