INGREDIENTS: sugar, gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma, black carrot and hibiscus extract, natural color (carotene)
Possible presence of GLUTEN and MILK.
Preparation method:
4 portions of 144 g
- Boil water and measure 500 ml.
- Pour the contents of the bag into the water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil).
- Pour the jelly into a salad bowl or a glass bowl and, after cooling, put in the fridge until concentrated.
Use less water in hot weather.
Remember that fresh kiwi fruit and pineapple prevent jelly setting.
Forest dessert recipe. Dissolve 2 jellies in 900 ml of boiling water (do not boil!). Pour into a large bowl, put the cooled jelly in the fridge until concentrated. Turn the bowl upside down and place the jelly on a flat plate. Choose the center of the jelly with a spoon, dissolve again, add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt to the cooled one, mix and pour into a flat dish. Cut into solid cubes and cut into a hollow.
