INGREDIENTS: sugar, pork gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), black carrot and hibiscus extract, aroma, natural color (anthocyanins)

Recipe for the Forest Trio.
Dissolve the forest fruit jelly in 400 ml of water. Pour 1/3 into tall glasses, put it in the fridge until concentrated. Combine another 1/3 of the liquid with 200 g of raspberries, blackberries or blueberries (as desired) and a tablespoon of powdered sugar, as a second layer. 125 g cream 30% fat whisk and mix with the rest of the jelly. Add fruit layer.
