Return Policy

Alive & Healthy will gladly accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.

If you need to return an item, Please contact us by Email before shipping your product. Please mention the following when emailing us: Order Number and the reason for return.

We are not responsible for lost package. We strongly recommend to get a tracking number and to get insured for your returning package.

A 20% of restocking fee will be charged if returning products exceed a value of $100 (excludes tax).

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned order, we will process your full refund.
